Introduction |
At this stage, our Project Recruiter will gain a better understanding of your corporate culture and overall company personality. This stage also allows you to familiarize yourself with our firm. |
Job Order |
At the Job Order stage, we will ask you detailed questions in order to profile the candidate you are looking for. We also flush out the details of the position, your schedule and your internal mechanics for interviewing. |
Research Week |
During this week of the process, the Project Recruiter researches industries, companies, networks, blogs, and other networks to further flush out and locate ideal candidates for your position. We will then make formal contact with likely candidates discussing your company and the opportunity that exists to join your team. |
Interview Week |
During this week we interview candidates that are a good fit for your position. By week’s end, we deliver a short list of candidates to you for review. Selections for interviews are made from this list. |
Selection & Final Interviews |
During this week, candidate selections are made and interviews are booked. Great emphasis is placed on ensuring we stay on schedule during this week. It is important to note that in our tight job market candidates are interviewing your firm as much as you are interviewing them. From a Candidate’s point of view, the way in which you conduct the interview process, your adherence to appointment schedules, the feedback they receive, and your selection process are all being evaluated and reflect your companies culture and personality. |
Offer Week |
The final week is amazing. It is the moment where all of our hard work pays off. Ultimately, a candidate is selected and an offer is made. At this point, Collective Technical will facilitate the offer process from beginning to end. |
